How to Enrol

Becoming a part of the community.

All prospective families must make an appointment with the Nominated Supervisor (Director) and be given a tour through the service.
During the tour the Director will fill you in on all the finer details of the service and how each particular room is run. You will get to meet the Educators from the room and watch as the Educators go about their routine, communicating with and caring for the children.

You may then be offered a place on the waiting list. There is a non-refundable $20 “waiting list” deposit to be paid and this can be paid via bank deposit at the same time that you return the necessary paperwork.

When a vacancy occurs in the room relevant to your child’s age, the Director will call the families on the waiting list, moving down the list until the vacancy is filled. Filling these vacancies depends on the days available and the days required by the prospective families.

API members are given preference on the waiting list. Preference is also given to siblings of existing centre children.
